Welcome to mimicINTweb

Presentation

mimicINTweb provides an easy-to-use interface to the mimicINT workflow to infer interactions between a set of microbial proteins of interest and the human proteome, using known interaction templates (motif-domain and domain-domain).

If you use mimicINTweb in your work, please do not forget to cite us! Choteau et al. (2022) mimicINT: a workflow for microbe-host protein interaction inference. bioRxiv, https://doi.org/10.1101/2022.11.04.515250

Update 2 - mimicINT domain score - October 20, 2023

We have implemented the mimciINT domain score also on micmiINTweb. You can now download a subset of the predicted interaction that fulfill the domain score filtering threshold.

Update 1 - mimicINTweb beta version online - September 1, 2023

First beta release of mimicINTweb is finally online for internal use.
